121-coaching offers each child a chance to become fitter and healthier.

Yoga allows the children to have some fun as the expressive poses show children how to imitate the instinctive behaviour and movements of their favourite creatures. Feel the power and pride of the roaring lion or soaring eagle, the quiet serenity of a fluttering butterfly, a slithering snake or a leaping frog.

Prices & packages :

Full day - £95
Includes either 5 30 minute yoga sessions, or 3 30 minute healthy eating sessions and 2 30 minute yoga sessions. Plus each child receives a certificate and 1 free family pass to a yoga class.

½ day - £48
Includes 3 30 minute sessions of either yoga or healthy eating. Plus each child receives a certificate and 1 free family pass to a yoga class.

6 week course - £8 per child
30 minute yoga class for 6 weeks, with a minimum of 10 children per class
